Screencasts captured by KDE's Spectacle render with a green overlay solely in VLC.

As was first reported with bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=183089&action=edit, when I capture a screencast in spectacle-6.4.2-1.fc42.x86_64, I see a green sheen:

However, this doesn't reproduce when it's viewed in firefox-140.0-1, gwenview-25.04.3-1, or dolphin-25.04.3-1's previewer, whether in thumbnail form, or when played.

Environment

This doesn't reproduce on my desktop (ignore the inconsistent QStyle, 🙄):
