Qt Wayland provider aborts

The Qt Wayland provider breaks the convention for the VLC Wayland surface type by binding the viewporter to the video surface. This leads to an abort with the reference WL-SHM display (including by default if EGL is unusable).

It should be obvious but everything related to the surface buffer is under the purview of the display module, not the window module.
