Random stuttering/freezing during video playback
I've been having random but constant stuttering during playback, and it's all tied to this message I keep getting each time it happens:

One last thing: my most recent finding, and the most likely cause of this, is that it only happens on my hard drive. I tried reproducing this error message or stutter on my boot drive (SSD) by running hours of videos off of it but couldn't. I tried different sata cables, different ports and even completely wiped the disk clean, but it still persisted. The hard drive is only 6 months old with only about 4000 hrs of power on and CrystalDiskInfo reports that it's good.
