VLC4 Drag and Drop File with special characters in the name fails to play

On the Latest releases (19 & 20/03/2025), VLC 4 is failing to play media when dragging and dropping it into the QT.
Seems to be related to the file name : "Severance Season 2x01 - Mark Running To Ms.Casey (The Who - Eminence Front Teaser Edit) #severance.mp4" which contains some specials characters.
Reproduiced it on Windows 11-64bits / Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bits.
Tried to reproduice it on VLC 4 Mac Intel but works fine. Have not tried on Linux yet.

Available if further tests needed.
