demux: mp4 demux stops working after seek

This issue happens when I playback a mp4 media encoded with Handbrake

Given I launch VLC with vlc /path/to/bbb_sunflower_1080p_30fps_normal.mp4,
When I seek,
Then the video playback doesn't resume, but audio playback restarts at the beginning

Given I launch VLC with vlc --demux=avformat /path/to/bbb_sunflower_1080p_30fps_normal.mp4,
When I seek,
Then the video/audio playback resume as expected

Please find the media causing the issue there
