Add a keyboard shortcut to reload the video

The ability to reload a video is a very useful feature that can make life easier for people who create subtitles or work with tools that frequently modify the video. Currently, you can use the N (Next) key when you have a single video, but this method doesn’t provide a window allowing you to return to the previous position in the video, which is quite inconvenient.
