No digital signature on v4.0 ARM64 nightly builds

When I try download and install v4.0 ARM64 nightly builds on my laptop with Snapdragon X Elite CPU and Windows 11 ARM64, I have problems with Windows SmartScreen because these builds have no digital signature.

All executables for Windows should have valid digital signatures, even beta and nightly builds. This should be a simple change in the CI/CD pipeline. Without these signatures Windows tries to block the download in Edge and tries to block the start in Windows multiple times, see below.
