VLC 4.0 is unable to play a MPEG-1/2 DVD correctly

The DVD's in question contain AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders, which I know is a thing, but I'm not sure what it's called. The colours are compressed a lot in the GIF, but this is pretty much how it looks when I try to play them with today's (20241108-0425/vlc-4.0.0-dev-win64-db84152a.exe) nightly build on Windows 10:

According to the codec tab, it seems to be MPEG-1/2 Video:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
