MacOS UI: Video and UI deadlock when disabling and reenabling video track

Reproduction scenario:
- play video (here webm VP9 video)
- disable video track
- re-enable video track
- the player might not deadlock, then go back to disabling the video track
Pausing might help to reproduce the issue, but it's fairly random.
