Implement yadif deinterlacing filter

yadif (Yet Another De-Interlacing Filter) is an excellent deinterlacing filter available in MPlayer, Avisynth (http://avisynth.org.ru/yadif/yadif.html), and Avidemux. Implementing yadif would pave the way for Handbrake style decombing (http://trac.handbrake.fr/wiki/Decomb).
