VLC Player Crashing w/o Error Code

Hello... I am having a Major problem here. I went to open a Video Clip file yesterday morning and VLC Player won't open. It just Crashes and asks if I want to send a Report. It does not show an Error Code.

I have tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling with no luck and even tried an earlier Version of VLC and I still get the same message.

The only difference between yesterday morning and when it was working the night before is during the night I had a Windows Update. When I Logged back into Windows yesterday morning is when VLC decided to start Crashing. I have tried to search online for a Solution but all the advice given requires me to have VLC open to change some settings.
