Media library scanner status bar no longer has a background

Problem description:

• I noticed, that on VLC 4.0 the media library scanner status bar no longer has a background and fonts are unreadable due to missing background and overlapping the fonts in the media library.

Expected results:

• The media library scanner status bar background should be in place like it was originally.

• VLC version/-s: 4.0 Nightly
• VLC architecture: 64-bit
• VLC 4.0 compilation date: 24. July 2024
• OS & OS version: Windows 10 19045.4717
• OS architecture: 64-bit
