vlc should detect language on external subtitle from filename for all codec

I have multiple external subtitle with different format put in the same folder.

Right now, vlc only detect language from filename if the subtitle file is in srt format.

if other subs format eg.ttml,vtt are in the same folder ,it does not detect language from filename.
