Macosx UI: information panel doesn't reencode location on copy/paste

Put https://dummy.foo/foo bar.mp4 in a web browser, copy from URL, we get:

https://dummy.foo/foo%20bar.mp4

Paste into VLC on macosx, open the information for the media, https://dummy.foo/foo bar.mp4 is correctly visible.

Copy from location, and instead we get:

https://dummy.foo/foo bar.mp4

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
