GCC Debug Qt Interface Unusable

nightly-win64/20240511-0442/vlc-4.0.0-dev-win64-debug-4fc045f1.7z provides libqt_plugin.dll with size of 2GB. LoadLibrary() does not seem to be able to load DLLs that big.

This seems unusual to me, maybe for some reason it gets built in debug mode rather than release with debug information.
