Debian-meson CI is failing 100% of the time

Since we switched to a newer Debian unstable (f0963643) Docker image (using Debian sid), we are using gcovr 7. And it crashes at all the runs.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
