JPEG2000 DCP broken

VLC_CODEC_XYZ12 is mapped to avcodec's AV_PIX_FMT_XYZ12BE

but the decoder now seems memcpy/not to enforce that order, outputs as AV_PIX_FMT_XYZ12LE
