VLC4: audio switching cause video to freeze (issue in VLC4, but no issue in VLC 3.0.20)

How to reproduce:

Open the sample attached to this issue in VLC4 (4.0.0-dev-27142-g37758b8c (Dec 27 nightly build)
Change audio track, e.g. to Track1
Video becomes frozen

Notice: it works fine in VLC3
