Audio delay and video freeze after pause

VLC 3.0.20 | Windows 10
Hello. When I pause any video and then resume it, the audio starts playing not immediately, but after 1-2 seconds. (Sometimes, along with this, after a few seconds the video freezes for 0.2-0.6 seconds). The problem appears only after a 15-20 second pause, if you resume the video immediately, everything is normal. This problem is only in VLC3. VLC 4 does not have this problem.
