ARM64 build error on startup (Windows 10)

This error shows up whenever the ARM64 build is started on Windows 10:

VLC still launches after clicking OK so this is not completely breaking it but it's still a bit annoying.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
