rtmp: Metadata is only extracted on connect

If you connect a rtmp stream with metadata support, the metadata is only handled at connect and never updated. When metadata is updated (rtmp message type 15 or 18) it would be very nice if vlc can handle this.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
