Useless LUA scripts

Exists some NOT useful lua scripts and can be removed.

• LiveLeak: Closed on 2021 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LiveLeak
• Anevia Streams and xml: website is broken - http://www.anevia.com/
• Extreme: Videos didn't get uploads since 2021 and is not a frequent platform
• Katsomo: Redirects to mtv.fi and videos are not longer accessible
• Metacafe: Website is broken - http://metacafe.com/
• Rockbox: is pretty obsolete.
• Icecast: now is Showcast and that platform haven't content

Broken or no sense

• Apple Trailers: No sense
• Newgrounds: Script is broken
• Jamendo: Script is broken

I don't mention similar lua scripts of websites like "Extreme" because some of then are still active and frequented.
