Delay changing volume and muting with JACK output

When changing volume or muting while using JACK output, it takes a bit for the change to take effect. This delay applies to playback time, not to real time. If you change the volume or mute while paused, then wait a bit before playing, it'll only take effect after playing for a bit. This doesn't happen with PulseAudio output.
