VLC Super Resolution not supported on supported hardware

I'm trying to use the Super Resolution upscaling mode, I have an RTX 3060, my graphic driver is up to date and the Super resolution is enabled in the NVIDIA Control Panel.

But when I select the Super Resolution upscaling mode in VLC, it's saying in the logs that Super Resolution is not supported:

direct3d11 error: Super Resolution filter not supported
direct3d11 debug: Using Video Processor scaler

I'm using VLC 3.0.19 latest build (a7d9910e) and I've also tried in an older build (90e7e1c3)

Is it a bug or I don't know how to use Super Resolution?
