VLC on tvOS stutters with "2x Yadif" deinterlacing on ATV A15 2022

VLC causes stuttering when viewing interlaced 1080i streams with Yadif x2-interlacing. All other deinterlacing modes causes flickering or have other problems so Yadif x2 is the best one to use. Im using the latest Apple TV A15 Bionic, which is a beast and should even do this properly without issues with software acceleration only. This issue is related to the VLCLib compiled from the source. As far as I know Yadif x2 is not a possible option on the official tvOS app - which it should be for properly displaying a interlaced TV-channel without flicker.

I am on tvOS 16.5, also tried 16.6 beta without any success.
