(VLC 4.0, Windows 10 64b) MSI package doesn't work "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package."

Hi, I'm getting this error, but to be honest it isn't very helpful as far as the reason for failure goes.

I tried both non-LLVM and LLVM version (both .msi), the error is the exact same on both.

When I downloaded the zipped version, it works, though.
