VLC/MakeMKV Issue Playing BD+ Blu-Ray Discs

BD+ Discs will show a lot of pixelation and color inversion once you get 10-20mins into the movie. I have tried adding keydb.cfg, libaacs.dll and libaacs.dll files to my VLC and MakeMKV folders in my C Drive, Uninstalling/Re-Installing VLC, Setting my Video Output and Hardware Acceleration settings to Direct3D11, and none of those worked. These issues do not show up when Ripping the Video Files from the discs onto my computer, or putting discs into my Standalone Blu-Ray Player.
