[Feature Request] Video Filter: Color Channel Remap

A filter for remapping a video source's color/alpha channels.

Mock-up:

This would be useful for inspecting specific channels in footage (eg: viewing a video's alpha channel as black & white footage), or for situations where a video / input stream may display its color channels in the wrong order. (eg: BGR video, see #28169)
