MKV with OPUS audio track does not play back

some mkv files with valid opus audio track are seen as having corrupt headers by VLC. (and do not play)

• OS: Fedora 37 with gnome 43.5
• VLC version: 3.0.18 vetinari (flatpack version)
• hardware: thinkpad laptop

Tools>Messages lvl 2 spams this:

opus debug: Opus audio with 3 channels
opus error: Unsupported channel mapping
opus error: initial Opus header is corrupted

yet, this file plays back fine on other media players on the OS. (tested "moon player")

edit: issue persists on VLC dev gcc5bed90 (21 may 2023)
