Amf AV1 Encoder patch in FFmpeg

Hi! I would like to add changes from this commit https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/commit/5f0a7a9169e4714255e6b91b085a55ffa4ae6d58. So the question is should I try to apply these changes as a patch on the current version of FFmpeg or should I update the version of FFmpeg to v6.0(It will, probably, break current patches)? Patch from commit 0001-libavcodec-amfenc-add-AV1-encoding-support.patch
