Feature request: Add option to store & manage URLs (under the Discover tab)

Enhancement description:

• If you add a URL (under the Discover tab) for play, then it only stores as a recent URL, but it is not saved permanently, it can be easily removed by clearing recent media.

Proposed solution:

• Add a URL manager to URL screen, which would allow saving any URL (under the Discover tab)
• Also it would be good to have an option to add alternate name for URL without changing the URL itself. In example: you have https://deutschemedia.com/zentrumpressconf.mp4 (don't click on this link), and you will name it “Zentrum Press Conference 12-5-2023” without changing the “deutschemedia.com” URL.

Other details:

• I'm using VLC 4.0 on Windows 11 22621.1635 (64-bit).
