Feature request: Add the "Information..." anywhere else (not only in playqueue)

Enhancement description:

• In the VLC 3.0, there was a context menu item called “Information...” in many media context menus.
• This context menu item allowed to view song properties and metadata.
• But in VLC 4.0, this item is only in playqueue.

Proposed solution:

• Add the “Information...” also to the tracks context menus in tracks list, playlists, tracks under the artists, tracks under albums, tracks under genres, and videos context menus.
• Also the “Information...” name is a little bit confusing, I think, that “Properties & Metadata” would be a better name.

Other details:

• I'm using VLC 4.0 on Windows 11 22621.1635 (64-bit).
