Feature request: Use custom context menus for VLC instead of Windows context menus

Enhancement description:

  • The context menus in VLC are looking like from Windows 7. They are grey and if I hover with mouse over one item, then the light blue selection outline appears.

Proposed solution:

  • The new context menus should be white, the selection outline should be orange, and the border should be light grey.
  • Also remove the border between context menu icons and context menu items text.

Other details:

  • I'm using VLC 4.0 on Windows 11 22621.1635 (64-bit).
