Video infinite re-loads when rewinding video to 0:00

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a VLC,
2. Try to play a MKV video (I didn't try e.g. MOV, MP4 or AVI, but you can also test these),
3. Rewind to 0:00 and immediately repeat rewinding to 0:00 again (rewind using video timeline),
4. The video tries to re-load infinitely,
5. Now you need to close VLC with Task Manager.

What happened:

• The video tries to re-load infinitely, also the VLC can't be closed using close button, well, you need to do that with Task Manager.

What should happen:

• The video should re-load in a few milli-seconds.

Other details:

• I am using VLC 4.0 on Windows 11 22621.1635 (64-bit).
