Glitched VLC window maximizing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open VLC,
2. Maximize VLC window,
3. Minimize VLC window (using the minimize button not taskbar!),
4. Restore VLC window,
5. The window is not maximized.

What happened:

• The window is reverted back to normal window (non-maximized).

What should happen:

• The window should stay maximized after minimizing and then restoring.

Other details:

• I'm using VLC 4.0 on Windows 11 22621.1635 (64-bit).
