The middle mouse wheel rewind doesn't work

What happened:

  • The rewinding of audio/video with middle mouse wheel feature ceased to work on VLC 4.0.

What should happen:

  • The rewinding of audio/video should work even in VLC 4.0 (Like in VLC 3.0).

Other details:

  • I'm using VLC 4.0 on Windows 11 22621.1635 (64-bit).
