Crash of libmpeg2

Crashes VLC when you seek in libmpeg2's mpeg2_parse. Possibly related to the CC data in the GOP ? This is a VERY common crash, judging from the amount of crashreport logs we receive on the bugreport list.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
