MacOS mouse pointer when switching active window

VLC is correctly hiding the mouse pointer after vlc is started and if mouse if moved, but when switching the active windows to VLC the mouse pointer stays visible. It should be hidden after a short delay just like when mouse is moved. This is a minor, nice-to-have improvement and nothing critical.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
