OpenGL output module + 4K hevc. Several issues.

When using the OpenGL output module on 4K hevc content it starts with a black screen with audio only. By toggling the video stream to disable and back to track 1, it shows the picture. In some cases this makes VLC crash or it freezes the image within a minute.

I have hardware accelerated decoding disabled. (~20% cpu usage on 12900k) With it on, it works fine but it shows the same frame pacing glitches as directx modules. OpenGL seems to be the only one that can show 23.89 content on a 23.89hz perfectly.
