VDPAU : segmentation fault with VLC 3.0.18 on linux when playing MPEG2 files

I use archlinux and VLC 3.0.18.

VLC crashes when trying to play MPEG2 files (segmentation fault), if I set "VDPAU" as library for hardware decoding, I have a radeon HD4650 Pcie, that doesn't support MPEG2 hardware decoding, it supports only H264 hardware decoding.

Other players like MPV doesn't crash on MPEG2 files when using VDPAU library.
