Audio CDs causing VLC to Crash

I work at Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada and we have been having issues with VLC player (3.0.18) on our classroom computers (Windows 10)

Whenever attempting to play Audio CDs (regardless of region and year of mastering), the VLC Player software crashes without any error message. DVD-Video disks work.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
