Sat>ip Playlist Not available

I am trying to watch a Sat>ip stream on my network on my iOS and Android device. I can find the Sat>ip router in the network and I also see the Astra 19,2 satellite, but the built-in download of the m3u playlist from https://www.satip.info does not work.
