VLC drop linux FS-Cache when playing

VLC open file for writing when playing. This causes the cache to be flushed:

sudo inotifywait -e close_write test.mp3
Setting up watches.
Watches established.
test.mp3 CLOSE_WRITE,CLOSE

Issue is reproduced in vlc_3.0.18-81-g8132db81_amd64.snap

Issue is not reproduced in vlc_4.0.0-dev-22493-gda353484_amd64.snap
