Blurry ribbon - Nvidia Shield TV

Using VLC on my Nvidia Shield TV as the default player for Stremio streams. There is a ribbon on the right hand side of the screen that is completely blurry on every video I play.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
