No duration with small fragmented MP4 files

See this mp4 created with GStreamer using isofmp4mux start-time-selection=first offset-to-zero=true write-mfra=true : http://desmottes.be/~cassidy/files/brol/dd.mp4

GStreamer, ffprobe and Firefox detect its duration (00:00:03.53) but VLC 3.0.18 does not when playing.
