Blurred video

Running Xubuntu 22.10 on amd64. Xfce desktop. Installed gstreamer1.0-libav and ffmpeg to be able to play mp4. My graphics card is an AMD RX 6600 (4 GB). Tried changing many video-related configuration options, such as hardware acceleration. No change.
