RTSP stream - no information about the data stream

I'm opening an rtsp stream
the stream is going well there are no problems
I want to see the information about the stream (ctrl + i), but I don't see it, there is nothing around only zeros

VLC x64 v3.0.18

Windows 7 x64 PS1

rtsp stream: codec h.265, video resolution: I tried different ones from 640x360 to 1920x1080
