Complete 64bit support

With Snow Leopard approaching public release, let's fix the 64bit port of VLC for Mac. Basic work is done, the 3rd party libraries supporting a 64bit runtime are working, let's fix VLC. Keep an eye on Apple's documentation. Although Carbon is mostly deprecated, some fun stuff is not.

Note: goom will never work in 64bit mode! Never!

Note: SDL does not work, but will soon.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
