Integrate libcloudstorage

In a previous GSoC, libcloudstorage was developed to easily integrate with third party cloud services using their respective APIs. It was intended to be used as a content source for the forthcoming Discovery tab of VLC. It needs to be intergrated.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
