VLC cannot play Audio in TRM files

TRM files are part of (a) recording program called FTR (ForTheRecord).

It seems they are AVI files with AAC that looks like AAC-CELP but we don't exactly how they modified it.

Issue is in all open source programs including lavc, and mediainfo.
